With Christmas and the New Year right around the corner, we want to take a moment to thank each and every person who has contributed to the ministry of NBCC over the past year. Whether you have served in ministry, supported NBCC financially, or have prayerfully lifted up this ministry, we want to thank you for your love and support! God continues to grow His church, fund mission around the globe, and grow a healthy church environment at NBCC.
God Has Grown His Church
It is a joy and privilege to meet new folks from Bullitt County and the surrounding area as many new attenders now call NBCC their church home. We have added eight families as members of our church, and more are motivated to join. NBCC has increased weekly attendance an average of 15% over 2021. Many of our families are eager to engage in outlets beyond the Worship Gathering through: joining Community Groups, attending Wednesday Discipleship, and/or Sunday School. As we look to 2023, we are eager to start at least two new Community Groups, and bring exciting new discipleship classes.
God Is Funding His Mission
NBCC is committed to the advancement of the Kingdom of God around the globe. As a church convinced of Jesus’s command to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations,” we give sacrificially from our weekly offering to mission. Twelve percent of our offering goes to fund outreach, mercy ministry locally, evangelism, and care for those who have not been reached with the good news about Jesus around the globe. This year alone we have given $37,050 to further the Kingdom!!
God Is Growing A Healthy Church
The most important growth we have witnessed is in the ongoing transformation of lives at NBCC. There is no way to capture this in a metric, but it’s witnessed in the distinct way that our members and attenders care and love one another. A healthy church prays for one another, and this is apparent at NBCC! A healthy church fellowships with one another, and again this is apparent in family events, lake days, men’s and women’s fellowship, and small groups. Finally, church health is evident in both kid’s and student’s ministry as they connect together through the Timothy Project, which aims to link our middle and high school students with a buddy from kid’s ministry. We hope the Timothy Project will be a model for the greater church at NBCC in the near future.
Thank you!!
We are overjoyed to serve alongside each of you and to personally witness the ways that God is transforming Bullitt County through NBCC. We desire to impact our community through the power of the Gospel for years to come and with your generous gift of time, financial resources, and prayer. By God’s grace, we will continue to see lives transformed through the message of Jesus Christ.
We hope and pray that you have the same joy that the NBCC staff and leadership team has in seeing God at work. If you wish to make an end of year, tax deductible donation to NBCC you can do so in our weekly worship gathering, online at northbullittcc.org/giving or text-to-give 502-305-5106.
